The Brothers of Pi Kappa Phi would like to invite anyone spending their summer in DC to live at our house in Foggy Bottom. Located just 3 blocks away from the National Mall and the Blue/Orange metro line, our Fraternity house is easily accessible to all government buildings and private offices in the metro area.

The house is available from May 21 - Aug 16. If you are staying in the city for just half the summer, we can accomodate you.

Summer Session II Only: July 6- Aug 21 - $1,564
Entire Summer: May 23 - Aug 16 - $2,944

About the House

Our Fraternity House is a 4-story building that can provide suite-style living to 24 people. Each room has a microwave, a cube refrigerator, a bed and a desk. Free cable TV and high speed internet access is also available to every resident. We have rooms that accomodate individuals with disabilities.

Our house has common areas on the first floor and in the basement. Amenities include a 56" TV, a full kitchen and dinning area, and free laundry.
