Are you looking for housing in the Washington, D.C., metro area for a job or internship this summer? The brothers of Theta Zeta Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi at The George Washington University have many spaces to fill in their townhouse in the heart of Northwest D.C. at quality rate for the city of Washington, D.C.
The chapter is looking to fill the 24-person house to capacity in order to keep in accordance with the lease and to provide affordable housing to brothers from other chapters who are spending their summer in D.C. The house is spacious and is comprised of 12 double-occupancy rooms, a full working kitchen, a basement with free laundry services, and a recently renovated living area with a large screen TV. The house is located just 2 blocks from the Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro Station with Blue/Orange Line access to Capitol Hill. It is also located near the GW Lerner Health and Wellness Center and just a short walk from the Potomac River and Georgetown's M Street.
